This week I challenge leaders to focus on employee engagement 30 minutes a day for 1 month. We often focus on an annual survey once a year and the results and meaning slowly fades away. That survey, ritual, and or annual practice is meant to guide you into areas of focus for engagement do not let employee engagement survey results fade away!
